Prabhat is an alumni of Stanford Business School with over 26 years of experience in technology enterprises and startups. He is the Founder, CEO & CMD of YourOwnROOM, a residential real estate prop-tech rental and property management company that manages 1 million sqft of residential assets, valued at $50 million across Bangalore and Pune. He has worked in senior leadership and management positions in building and managing IT Services P&L of up to $100 M at Xchanging, MphasiS, Zensar and Hewlett-Packard. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. Prabhat is very passionate about technology-based startups and likes to advise and work with them to scale profitably. He loves traveling and exploring new places around the world.
Dr. Nesa Ilich is a Professional Engineer from Canada with over 30 years of practice in water resource engineering, hydrology, and river basin planning and management. Dr. Ilich has worked on challenging water resources development projects for various government and private clients, and he also actively collaborates in research projects with leading universities in Canada. Dr. Ilich’s expertise includes developments in stochastic hydrology and optimization models used to address reservoir operation in complex water resources systems. He has published numerous papers in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings, and he is also a recipient of four awards for academic excellence and one award for excellence in professional practice. Dr. Ilich has served as Associate Editor with the Hydrological Sciences Journal since 2014
